Is everything really authentic?

100%. Every bag comes with a Legit App Certificate of Authenticity, and all items go through our in-house authentication process before listing. We stake our reputation on every piece we sell.

Where do your bags come from?

We source from Japan and locally, two of the best places in the world to find gently used luxury pieces in incredible condition.

What condition are the bags in?

Each listing includes a detailed condition description and photos. We're completely transparent about any wear, no surprises when your order arrives. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Because every piece in our shop is one of a kind, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to read the full description and examine all photos before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about an item, reach out before you buy — we're happy to help!

Can I ask questions about a specific bag before buying?

How do I get my COA?

Your Legit App Certificate of Authenticity is included with every bag purchase. Details will be provided with your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Canada only. Stay tuned as we grow!

Do you do consignments or buy bags?
